Information we collect
A11Y.so collects only the minimum information needed to provide our service.

How we use your information
- To issue API keys and associate them with your WordPress site.
- To send authentication links (magic links) to your email address.
- To send service announcements, important updates, and security notices.
- To send product news and accessibility-related updates, where you have given consent.
- To generate anonymized usage statistics for service improvement.
When we share your information
We do not sell your information. We share it only in the following limited circumstances.
- Infrastructure partners: We use Oracle Cloud (Seoul region) to operate our servers. Your data is stored on Oracle's infrastructure and processed only under our instructions.
- Legal obligations: We may share information when required by a valid court order, search warrant, or other lawful legal request — and only to the extent required.
Outside of these two cases, we do not share your personal information with any third party under any circumstances.
Data retention
We retain your information only for as long as is necessary to provide the service.
- API key account information (email address and site URL) is deleted immediately upon request.
- Marketing and launch notification subscriber information is removed immediately upon unsubscribe request.
- Automatically collected access logs are deleted after one year.
Your rights
You may exercise the following rights at any time.
- Access: Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
- Restriction: Request that we stop processing your data for specific purposes.
- Unsubscribe: Opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.
- Complaint: Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Security
We take the following measures to protect your information.
- All email delivery and API communications are encrypted using TLS.
- API keys and personal data are stored in encrypted form.
- Internal access permissions are kept to the minimum necessary and reviewed regularly.
- If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to a11y@inseq.co.kr.
Children's privacy
A11Y.so is not directed at children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child's information has been collected, we will delete it immediately.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the revised version on this page and update the date at the top. For material changes to how we process personal information, we will notify registered users by email in advance.
